    Theresa Repaso-Subang, RPBio, DABT, ERT, QPRA
    President

    Ms. Theresa Repaso-Subang is the founder of TRS Toxicology & Health Solutions Incorporated. Theresa’s breadth and depth of expertise is deeply rooted on 30 years of direct experience and training in environmental and human health toxicology and risk assessment. Over the course of her career, Theresa provided technical and business development leadership for large environmental firms with international presence that have allowed her to be part of multi-disciplinary teams working on diverse projects globally.

    Theresa started her career in 1990 working on risk assessments of abandoned contaminated sites under the U.S. Superfund program. Theresa provided technical leadership in the design and conduct of site-specific risk assessment under various U.S. regulatory programs including CERCLA (Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act or Superfund), RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act), state-lead and voluntary agency programs.  She completed numerous risk assessment projects for a range of environmental programs in the United States, Canada and internationally related to chemical disposal sites, incinerators, landfills, operating plant sites, production practices and chemical spills. Over the course of her career, she has provided strategic advice and technical expertise to regulators, public health authorities, and the private sector.

    Theresa is a board-certified toxicologist with the American Board of Toxicology. She is also a European Registered Toxicologist under the United Kingdom Registry of Toxicologists.  Theresa is a Qualified Person for Risk Assessment in Ontario and Saskatchewan.

    Dr. Len Turczynowicz, BAppSc (Chem/Micro) MPH PhD CChem

    Len has worked in the field of public health, toxicology, and human health risk assessment for over 35 years, with 20 years in the South Adelaide Department of Health (Environmental Health Branch) and the balance in international environmental consulting firms and in recent years at the University of Adelaide.

    His experience is diverse and includes areas such as asthma and risk factors; site contamination including development of national Health-based Investigation Levels; assessment and mitigation of environmental and occupational exposures associated with industrial facilities, processes and mining operations and toxicological assessments for policy development and regulatory review.

    He has provided technical public health and policy advice across government, research sectors and industry, nationally and internationally. Len currently undertakes research and teaching as a part-time Senior Research Fellow at Adelaide Exposure Science and Health, School of Public Health, University of Adelaide. He is also Founder and Director of HealthRisk Services Pty Ltd, a consulting service and a Founder and Director of Swab First Pty Ltd, a technology company that has developed a unique approach to the surface testing of illicit drug residues.
